In addition to broadly accepted varieties such as CDC Copeland and AAC Synergy, Canada has a suite of new malting barley varieties with very strong agronomics and excellent malting and brewing quality characteristics including AAC Connect, CDC Fraser and CDC Churchill that are already commercially available.
